
I am 10 days behind on a deadline and need to write 2500 more words and get in that flow.
I wrote a 6,000 word law review article out of the blue because I was ticked when I should have finished the other article. This post is just here to tell me to write that instead of geting worked up about other stuff. I also have 4-5 books I want to read, so I can look forward to that once I finish that looming, dooming article.
Flow is simply that optimal state of mind in which we feel and perform our best, and it doesn’t have to be mysterious or elusive. Here’s how to gain awareness of your flow state and what you can do to tap into it more often.
