May Day Skillet Brookie

The caseBOOK was shipped today, so to celebrate we are making May Day Skillet BrOOKie, inspired by Laura In the Kitchen. To workers around the world. This is really easy to make. Made from scratch with ingredients already in the house (minus the cocoa powder).

UPDATE: This is officially the last thing we try to make from scratch. We used salt in a jar instead of sugar. EPIC FAIL.
